This sign is helpful to post on or near the exit doors of the homeowner's home as it serves as a warning to visitors and outlines important rules regarding private property. It specifically restricts access to snow play areas and lake access, warns against walking on the lake when it is frozen and prohibits certain activities near buildings and roads.
RECOMMENDATION: The HOA Board requests that if you bring guests or visitors to the community you post the Private Property sign in a visible location in your unit and the community map found on our Maps page.
