Important Snow Plowing Information

Vehicles must be moved when the roads are being plowed. Drive around the circle until the plowing has been completed. Vehicles/ATVs that are not moved during the normal plowing could be charged any additional charges that the HOA incurs due to "extra cleanup." Vehicle/ATV must be moved within 4 hours of the first plowing, or additional charges will apply. If a vehicle/ATV is parked on the hill, front or back, the contractor will not attempt to plow beyond the vehicle/ATV for safety reasons. #36 - #40 - ATVs should not be driven on fresh snow as it makes it extremely difficult to plow after someone has driven on it. Please wait until they plow the roads. Be courteous to your neighbors. Vehicles/ATVs parked in the designated parking areas must be moved before the area can be plowed. The contractor will NOT attempt to plow within 5' - 10' of a vehicle/ATV for safety reasons.
